Hat trick of account wins
12/06/2008
Its celebrations all round at fuse8 after securing three new account wins in the overseas property development, construction and heating & ventilating sectors.
The business has been appointed to undertake marketing campaigns for Portuguese developers Acordo, flooring and roofing specialists Milbank Industries and domestic boiler company Sime. And all without a pitch – testimony indeed to the growing awareness of the fuse8 standards.
Portuguese firm Acordo is currently developing an exclusive design-led holiday and leisure resort in Portugal called Bom Sucesso and fuse8 has been appointed to completely redesign, build and optimise the resort’s website. This will result in a clearer, more understandable and better-managed website that naturally appears much, much higher in the search engine rankings.
Colchester-based Milbank Industries has asked fuse8 to deliver public relations consultancy, media planning & buying advice and online services. Prior to commencing the marketing activity, fuse8 will undertake its proprietary Brand Insight Generation process to deliver a proposition and positioning for the Milbank brand.
Completing the trio of new clients is Sime, the Castleford-based UK operation of the Italian boiler manufacturer of the same name. The company has instructed fuse8’s media and public relations teams to create a trade campaign which will help to raise the business’s profile amongst key industry opinion formers and increase sales. As part of the strategy fuse8 has organised a press trip to Sime’s Italian headquarters close to Venice – good times for journalists and client alike!
Commenting on the new business wins, fuse8’s managing director, Nigel Hunter, said: “We are currently experiencing a period of breath-taking growth and these three new account wins are testimony to the success of both our new business strategy and our growing public recognition.
“The new clients are from a diverse range of sectors, clearly demonstrating that our approach to marketing is as versatile as it is effective. We look forward to developing our relationships with Sime, Milbank and Acordo as we continue to implement our ongoing expansion plans.”
