ChallengeByre Developments needed a highly creative, yet functional brochure for their latest development, Trinity View. The piece had to reflect the sympathetic restoration and conversion of this former Baptist church into 13 stylish apartments.SolutionTo reflect the true essence of development, our designers took into careful consideration the historic background and architecture of the Baptist church and used elements of this within the brochure design. An aura of quality was then achieved through the use of carefully selected colour and print techniques.ResultsThe elegant and informative design presents Trinity View in an original and stylish way. The brochure became a powerful selling aid that truly represented the look and feel of the whole development. This made it an exceptional answer to the brief.
