To create ultimate standout within the Manchester property market for a new development within the Northern Quarter of the city.
Solution
A bold and iconic identity was created - where imagery and colours were key to the success and impact of the development. The brochure format was looked at - to ensure that it stood out - as well as fitting into a standard envelope and through a letterbox.
Results
